​Lucy’s Design Consultations are perfect for clients who have plenty of ideas, but are finding it difficult to make decisions. She visits the home, listens to clients dilemmas, and helps them fine tune and bring the vision to life. Clients will receive a personalised follow up presentation with guidance to continue their design journey.

A free 30-Minute Call.
During this time, Lucy asks clients to share their needs, aspirations, challenges, timelines, budgets, and location, as well as any key drivers behind the project in mind. Lucy uses this to decide whether she is the right fit for the project in question.
A £300+vat Consultation Fee.
Lucy visits the clients’ home to walk and talk through the project in more detail, understand the brief and explain the project process and agree what elements are required. Following this, she shares an Initial Brief and a thorough Interior Design Fee Proposal.
Concept
A Fixed Design Fee
Lucy decides the look and feel of the design, including how the key spaces will be used, the furniture layout and proposed finishes. She shares this through floor plans, samples and mood boards. This is a collaborative stage, and Lucy works closely with the client until the layout is just right, and the design sings.
Detailed
Design
A Fixed Design Fee
Once the concept is approved, Lucy carefully selects FF&E (Furniture, Fittings & Equipment) for every room, encompassing elements from window dressings and fixed cabinetry down to cushions and key tassles. She brings your vision to life with detailed CAD floor plans, Rendered Elevations and mood boards.
Pricing & Realisation
Production of Information
Creation of a comprehensive document detailing elements required to bring the project to realisation. Including, but not limited to: building contractor requirements, hard finishes, bespoke cabinetry, window treatments, FF&E. This stage also includes the delivery of Technical CAD drawing packages: small power plans and elevations for electrical and lighting contractors where required.
Project Realisation: Site Supervision, Installation & Delivery
Lucy manages every element of the project realisation. She coordinates all trades involved, from architects to artisans, cabinet makers to carpet installers, regularly visiting the site to make sure the exact specifications are met. She seamlessly handles snags and updates the client throughout, so they can be involved in the project without any administrative hassle. On the final installation days Lucy, with her trusted team, will execute the delivery of all our clients treasured possessions leaving them with a beautiful, functional, and unique space that reflects their personality perfectly.
